The 7th edition of the Italian Cuisine Week in the World starts on November 14 with several events organized by the Italian Embassy in Bangkok, in collaboration with ITA Trade Agency and the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce.
The “Italian Cuisine Week” will be inaugurated on Monday 14 November at Central World, where customers will find the most iconic Italian food and wine products on promotion throughout the week.
On Thursday 17 November, the “Italian Hampers” campaign by The Mall – Gourmet Market at EmQuartier will be inaugurated. Customers will be able to buy special hampers of Italian products. At various locations of The Mall, from 24 to 30 November, an “International Street Food” will also be set up with a selection of Italian food and wine products.
From Friday 18 to Sunday 20 November an event at EmQuartier (Quartier Avenue, G Floor) will bring together some of the main restaurateurs and importers of Italian products, who will offer their food and wines to the public. Several activities are planned during the event, including cooking masterclasses, food-pairing and wine tasting by Alma School, as well as some musical performances by Thai and Italian musicians.
The “Food Heroes” exhibition will also be displayed in virtual format at EmQuartier, which will highlight some emblematic and successful stories in terms of sustainability, craftsmanship and quality of virtuous personalities of the Italian food and wine sector.
Finally, throughout the week various Italian restaurants certified “Ospitalità Italiana” will present special menus created by their Chefs on the occasion of the Italian Cuisine Week.
