For the first year, Italy participated with a national pavilion at the “APAIE 2023 Conference and Exhibition”, organized by the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education from 13 to 17 March 2023 in Bangkok at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The Asia-Pacific Association for International Education aims to spread the value of an international education among young people within the ASEAN region and to foster collaboration between institutions to support study abroad programs.
The Italian participation was coordinated by the Uni-Italia association (Hanoi office) in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Bangkok. The following universities participated in the Italian pavilion: University of Trento, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, University of Brescia, LUISS, University of Padua, IUAV of Venice, University of Pisa, University of Turin. Bocconi University of Milan was also present at APAIE.
