According to the Ordinance of 14 December 2021<\/strong>, valid from 16 December to 31 January 2022, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos are included in List E<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The only cases in which\u00a0entry\/return to Italy from List E countries is allowed are<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

a) work requirements
b) absolute urgency
c) health needs
d) study needs
e) return to one’s own domicile, home or residence.<\/p>\n

Entry into Italy for reasons of tourism is forbidden. However, re-entry\/entry into Italy, in the case of a stay\/transit in the previous 14 days from List E countries, is always permitted<\/strong><\/p>\n

– To Italian\/EU\/Schengen citizens and their family members, as well as to holders of the long-term resident status and their family members (as defined by Directive 2004\/38\/EC).
– To\u00a0people who have a proven and stable affective relationship with Italian\/EU\/Schengen citizens or with individuals who are legally resident in Italy, who need to reach their partner’s home\/domicile\/residence in Italy.
– To athletes, technicians, judges and competition commissioners, representatives of the foreign press and accompanying persons who participate to\u00a0competitive sporting competitions, recognised as being of pre-eminent national interest by order of the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) and the Italian Paralympic Committee (CIP).<\/p>\n

PROCEDURE FOR ENTRY INTO ITALY<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n

– Fill in the digital locator form, also called digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF)<\/a>.
–\u00a0Show a\u00a0COVID negative certificate, with a RT\/PCR test\u00a0taken in the seventy-two (72) hours preceding arrival in Italy or with an antigenic swab (ART)\u00a0test taken\u00a0in the twenty-four (24) hours preceding arrival in Italy.
– Undergo fiduciary isolation for ten (10) days at the address indicated in the dPLF, to be reached only by private means.
– Undergo a\u00a0further molecular test at the end of the 10 days.<\/p>\n

ENTRY OF MINORS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Molecular or antigenic test<\/strong>
From 0 to 5 years of age (i.e. up to the age of 6): always exempt from molecular or antigenic testing. From 6 to 17 years of age (i.e. up to the age of 18): compulsory swab.<\/p>\n

Fiduciary isolation<\/strong>
From 0 to 5 years (i.e. up to 6 years old): always exempt from isolation if travelling with a parent who is also exempt from isolation because he\/she has a vaccination certificate (or a certificate of recovery). From 6 to 17 years (i.e. up to 18 years old): exempt from isolation if accompanied by a parent with an appropriate vaccination or recovery certificate; however, where required by legislation, they must undergo molecular or antigenic testing: in the absence of testing, even if the parent has adequate certification, the child is still required to undergo isolation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"According to the Ordinance of 14 December 2021, valid from 16 December to 31 January 2022, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos are included in List E.
