To mark the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Embassy of Italy in Bangkok – in collaboration with ITA Trade Agency – is launching a new initiative celebrating Italian cuisine in Thailand.<\/p>\n
Throughout November, a selection of Italian restaurants<\/a> that have worked with the Embassy on previous initiatives will offer special dishes or menus on exclusive terms, giving the public an opportunity to discover the flavours, ingredients and traditions of Italian cuisine.<\/p>\n A special \u201cTaste of Italy Passport<\/a>\u201d, available to download from the Embassy\u2019s website or to pick up at participating restaurants, will accompany this culinary journey.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How does it work?<\/em><\/p>\n It\u2019s simple: visit a participating restaurant<\/a>, choose a dish or menu featured in the initiative, and ask the restaurant to stamp your \u201cTaste of Italy Passport<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n Each new dining experience adds another stamp to your collection. The more restaurants you visit, the more stamps you collect and the more prizes you can earn. 250 prizes<\/a> have been made available for this initiative!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Collect stamps and claim prizes<\/em><\/p>\n Participating restaurants will contribute a range of prizes and dining experiences, including discounts, lunches, dinners and other treats for lovers of Italian cuisine.<\/p>\n Prizes<\/a> will be divided into categories according to their value and can be claimed once you have collected the required number of stamps.<\/p>\n When you reach one of the stamp thresholds, you can present your \u201cTaste of Italy Passport<\/a>\u201d at the Embassy of Italy in Bangkok and choose a prize from the category you have reached, in accordance with the rules and subject to availability.<\/p>\n The Passport also includes a QR code linking to the full rules<\/a>, the stamp thresholds for each prize category, the available prizes<\/a> and everything else you need to know.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n A month of discovery through Italian cuisine<\/em><\/p>\n The initiative will run throughout November as part of the celebrations for the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.
