The abovementioned car is to be sold in its actual state.
The sale, not under business function, is not subject to VAT and is exempted from taxes.
The car is located at the parking lot B2 of the All Seasons Mansion – CRC Tower – 87 Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathumean – Bangkok; interested persons can ask for information and take a look at the car upon appointment, until the expiry date of this announcement, from Monday to Friday, during 8:30-12:30 hrs., upon a telephone call to 02 2504970 – ext. 109. Further information can be requested at the aforementioned number to Mrs. Natchanok Namsanor.

MODALITY OF AWARDING THE ITEM AND PRESENTING THE OFFER
The auction will be based on the best price offered with respect to the starting price, every increase must not be less than 1/10 of the starting price.
The Embassy of Italy reserves its rights, upon its undisputable evaluation, to award the item in auction also in case of a single offer, or not to award it to any offer, while bidders will not be entitled to compensation and/or refund of expenses.
In order to participate in the auction the bidders must use the Offer Form provided in the “Annex to Sub 1”, affix his/her signature to avoid exclusion, fill in and sign the form of “Annex Sub 2” in order to be valid, and attach a photocopy of a valid ID document.
Any advance deposit payment is not required.
The offer, in a separate and sealed envelop, bearing outside the words “OFFER FOR CAR SALE” together with the information about the sender, must be sent to the following address:

The offer, to be sent by registered mail with returned receipt, must arrive within the deadline at 12.00 hrs of Friday,
The price offered must be indicated in numbers and letters. Please remember that in case of differences between the offer in numbers and that in letters, the one more favourable to the Embassy will be considered as valid.
Upon awarding the item in auction, the sale price must be paid according to the following method:
– bank transfer to the UOB Bank A/C N. 817-3107-99-4 Sathorn II Branch, 179/3
In any case, the subject of sale must be indicated in the description for the payment.
The delivery of the car will take place upon presentation of the receipt, certifying effective payment.
Please note that, to the offer form of the “Annex Sub 1” a statement must be attached, using the provided form of the “Annex Sub 2”, by which the bidder declares under his/her own responsibility :
– to know the actual state of the item on sale and to accept it, in that actual state, exempting the Embassy from any relating responsibility;
– to have viewed the terms and conditions of sale and accept them entirely;
– not to be in the condition of incapacity to contract with Public Administrations;
– that all the expenses, nothing excluded, concerning the taking away, transport, ownership transfer, and any other natures are under his/her own responsibility.
– A photocopy of valid ID document must be attached to the abovementioned statement.
